Orders are accepted and seed and other products are supplied on the express condition that neither the seller, Kei Seeds & Border Seeds, nor the producer will be held responsible for any error in the description of the variety, latent defect, productiveness or any other quality of seed or other product. Nor will Kei Seeds & Border Seeds, or the producer be responsible in any way for crop defect or failure or any loss or damage of whatsoever nature, whether direct or consequential, arising therefrom.

2.5% Interest will be charged on accounts not paid within 30 days.

The goods, seed or crop planted - stay the property of Kei Seeds & Border Seeds until the account is paid in full.
